GeoDataVault is an enterprise geospatial platform that enables users to discover, request, access, and manage satellite imagery, Earth observation data, and related geospatial products from authorized satellite imagery providers and partners.

GeoDataVault operates as a reseller, facilitator, and access platform for imagery and geospatial data products made available through authorized agreements with satellite operators, data providers, and commercial partners.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Organizations registering on behalf of a company, government agency, institution, or other entity represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of that organization.

Users may create an account using supported registration methods, including email-based registration and approved third-party authentication providers.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Notify GeoDataVault immediately of unauthorized account activity
• Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account

GeoDataVault reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security, operational, or legal concerns.

The Platform allows users to:

• Search and explore satellite imagery offerings
• Submit Areas of Interest (AOIs)
• Request imagery acquisitions and tasking services
• Upload project-related geospatial files and specifications
• Interact with imagery providers through the GeoDataVault ecosystem

GeoDataVault will make reasonable efforts to facilitate requests but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

All satellite imagery, Earth observation products, geospatial datasets, metadata, and related content available through the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners, licensors, and providers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users generally receive a limited license or usage right as defined by the applicable provider agreement.

Unless Expressly Permitted, Users May Not

• Redistribute imagery
• Resell imagery
• Sublicense imagery
• Share imagery with unauthorized third parties
• Modify licensing terms
• Remove ownership notices or attribution requirements

Users are solely responsible for complying with all imagery licensing requirements associated with purchased or accessed products.

Users may upload geospatial information, project files, shapefiles, KML files, GeoJSON files, coordinates, and related materials.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to submit such information
• The content does not infringe third-party rights
• The content complies with applicable laws and regulations

You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, you grant GeoDataVault a limited, non-exclusive right to use, process, store, transmit, and share such information solely for providing requested services and supporting platform operations.

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Reverse engineer or disrupt platform functionality
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Circumvent security controls
• Scrape, harvest, or extract platform data without authorization
• Misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authority
• Use the Platform in violation of applicable export controls, sanctions, or regulatory requirements

GeoDataVault reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

The Platform, including its design, software, user interface, branding, graphics, content, documentation, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws.

All rights, titles, and interests in GeoDataVault and its proprietary materials remain the property of SATPALDA Trading Pvt. Ltd., its licensors, or its technology partners.

GeoDataVault may provide access to third-party satellite operators, imagery providers, software services, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies. The Platform may contain links, references, or integrations with third-party services.

GeoDataVault is not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability
• Third-party licensing changes
• Provider pricing changes
• External content accuracy
• Actions or omissions of third parties

Users acknowledge that certain services are dependent upon external providers beyond GeoDataVault's control.

GeoDataVault strives to maintain reliable platform access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The Platform may experience interruptions due to:

• Maintenance activities
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Technical failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Third-party service disruptions
• Force majeure events

GeoDataVault reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Platform without prior notice.

The Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoDataVault disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of information
• Availability of services
• Non-infringement

GeoDataVault does not guarantee that imagery products, data outputs, analytics, or platform services will meet every user requirement or operational objective.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GeoDataVault, SATPALDA Trading Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Platform usage
• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Third-party provider actions
• Reliance on imagery or geospatial information

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeoDataVault, SATPALDA Trading Pvt. Ltd., its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of imagery or data
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

Use of the Platform is also governed by the GeoDataVault Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

GeoDataVault may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, technical, or business changes.

Updated versions will be published on GeoDataVault.com and become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or associated services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
